ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA, in compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, informs that personal data collected through the forms on the website: https://biofruitnet.eu/, are included in the specific automated files of users of ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA’s services.

The collection and automated processing of personal data are intended to maintain the commercial relationship and carry out tasks of information, training, advisory services, and other activities specific to ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA.

Data Collected by Service Users

Protection of Stored Information

ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA performs backups of the content stored on its servers but is not responsible for accidental loss or deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee full data recovery since deleted and/or modified data may not be restored if they were altered after the last backup.

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content from ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA’s backups when the data loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, a recovery fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of data retrieval, subject to prior user acceptance.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the data loss is due to causes attributable to ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA.

Commercial Communications

In compliance with the LSSI, ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other electronic means unless they have been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

For users with whom a prior contractual relationship exists, ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA is authorized to send commercial communications related to ASOCIACIÓN ECOVALIA’s products or services similar to those initially contracted by the customer.

In any case, users may, after verifying their identity, request to stop receiving commercial information through the Customer Service channels.
